Finished in a timeless white exterior with black trim and a matching black roof, the clean, classic color combination offers a sharp look that complements the surrounding property while maintaining long-term durability.
Black gutters and downspouts were installed to help manage roof runoff and protect the slab and foundation from water intrusion, adding both function and longevity to the build.
