This 20x25 custom metal building in Sealy, Texas was designed for homeowners who needed a secure garage, a functional shop, and additional storage, while also wanting a comfortable outdoor space to gather, grill, and relax. With limited space available, the layout had to be efficient, flexible, and purposeful.

By combining an enclosed garage and shop area with an attached covered porch, we were able to maximize functionality without increasing the footprint. The enclosed portion provides a weather-protected space for vehicles, tools, and projects, while the covered porch creates a shaded outdoor living area perfect for BBQs, visiting with friends, or simply enjoying time outside.
